Re: Paying on the gate??
Ah! Thanks Chris for clarifying that. I didn't know about the match day ticket window. I usually by cup match tickets online but on one occasion the season before last senility set in & I turned up for a game, completely forgetting it was the FA Trophy. Not having my reading specs on me it was a...

New website
I'm loving the look of the new website, very clean & precise & easy to navigate. It's the new top of the range smart HD TV after having the SD previously & it certainly says "we are a professional club, come on in". Well done to those involved.

Re: Paying on the gate??
You could do so last season - it just costs more and is more of a faff all round. Really? It always stated on the fixture board when I walked past it "online tickets only" or words to that effect. This debate has been simmering for ages &, while I understand the club's stance on this,...

Re: New signings
Looking at the player pictures at the bottom of the home screen Josh Mollison is still there as he has been for some years now. He's been on loan to several clubs in that time. That's loyalty which I would guess is a quality that Brett likes. I haven't seen him play for a while but he was pretty dec...

New signings
Good to see Brett has already secured 3 new signings including a welcome return of Liam Brooks. I took a look at the first team players photos at the foot of the website home page. A lot of last seasons squad are missing (Finn obviously & some which presumably who aren't in Brett's plans) but so...

Re: Coalville's resignation - does it mean we will get a reprieve?
Actually whilst it would be good to know the strategy I would fully understand if the Management Committee wish to keep it to themselves to avoid adding extra pressure to the situation. Should we know then if, at any time, the club struggle to meet their expectations the fans, understandably, would ...

Re: Peter Russell
Hi Rupe, sorry only just seen this, I'm even later than Andi. I've missed your dad with his understated banter during the games. I still remember when he did his version of oooooooOOOO when the keeper was taking a goal kick & instead of " you're sh*t ahhhhh" he ended it with "watc...

Re: Cup Draw
We'll find out what we're up against just 4 days before when we visit Kettering in the league. Our record against them has not been good, even in the season when they were in a right mess & could only field 10 players at home to Banbury 1st game of the season, losing 9-0. By the time they came t...
