No, Keith. Somehow I missed the Woodside theatre shows; probably I was too busy boozing at the Red Hart! I do remember, I think, Kiki Dee appearing at ROTW in the old market square?

Can't remember if I saw her Anthony, but I do remember Kiki Dee did appear in the market square.
Didn't go to many ROTW events, but remember the Bollywood Brass band were fantastic!

Some great bands played there (at the College). One of my favourite gigs was Curved Air (featuriing one Stewart Copeland, later of The Police, on drums), supported by the original incarnation of Ultravox. Fantastic! The only Woodside one I remember was when Budgie were supposed to be playing, but there was a torrential downpour and it was cancelled so no-one was electrocuted.

Stewart Copeland & the gorgeous Sonja Kristina, on vocals, were an item at that time, marrying in 1982. She was the architypal rock chick, my type of girl in my late teens, but I had to wait for a couple of years before I found one. After a year or so her mum remarried & they moved to Oxfordshire🤷‍♂️. Those were the days.
Pessimists are never disappointed.
