Two mid-table sides with Biggleswade marginally better as the score suggests. AFC were well-beaten, but had a late flurry which almost gained them an undeserved point.
Ex-Canaries Lawrie Marsh and Charlie Hayford did well for Biggleswade, and Stan Georgiou did some sterling work at the back for AFC to keep the score down when Biggleswade were on top.
Always a friendly welcome from the AFC helpers, even apologising for the increase in the admission price, now £8 for seniors. Their full colour matchday programme was super value at £2.
