Barton only came into the game in the last five minutes of the first half, fought well in the second half when we decided to back off from attacking and came away with a draw via a penalty. Probably a good result for Barton.
As stated elsewhere a management mistake in not taking off the injured keeper. I can understand the keeper wanting to play on but important decisions must be made and that is just not happening. I was always under the impression that as a defender you protected your injured keeper i.e. don`t let anyone shoot or get near him. Has anyone told our defence.

I might sound harsh and perhaps I`m expecting too much but at this rate it will be a long time until we get promoted.
