Baffled.

I am completely baffled as to why when we kick off we pump the ball down the line for either a throw in or a goal kick to the opposition. I can`t understand that a team that plays possession football, having conceded a goal, uses this tactic that gives the ball straight back to the opposition. No one seems to chase the kick so I would love to know why we use this tactic.

There's no cohesion Steve, no style of play, half the players don't look fit, nobody anticipates the final pass.Two poor teams,first 80mins was lethargic, started to play with passion in the final 10mins, but by then I was on my way home.

Yes I can't quite understand it. If we are in our box, we try to play football. At kick off we just kick it out for a goal kick. Someone commented they do that in Rugby. Sorry but I thought we were playing football.
